SPEARS SISTERS, LAST OCTOBER

It seems forever since Jamie Lynn first shifted her focus from acting to motherhood. Here is a set of photos from September of 2007 when Jamie took another step forward by attending acting classes. Hopefully the young actress will return to acting when her life stabilizes.

JAMIE LYNN ATV-ING TOO MUCH?

Since National Ledger has been publishing numerous Jamie Lynn articles as of late, here is the latest article (source) by Jennifer Cox. The article debates on whether Jamie Spears will be a responsible mom or an irresponsible mom like her big sister.
Is Britney Spears little sister Jamie Lynn getting a little too wild? Being nearly eight months pregnant hasn't slowed down Jamie Lynn Spears - or put an end to what some might consider her risky behavior. Life & Style Weekly reports that on May 15, the 17-year-old was spotted on ATV near Kentwood, La., where she's been living with her mom, Lynne.
"ATV-ing is a way of life out here," a neighbor tells Life & Style. "But it's a bumpy ride." Ob-gyn Dr. Valerie Ratts, who does not treat the actress tells the weekly entertainment magazine that it's a bad idea. "It's very dangerous for a woman in her third trimester to be riding a ATV," she tells Life & Style. "You put both lives at risk."
And the magazine reports that the baby blues continue for the expectant mother. The report claims that the teen has gone out at night, causing friends and family to wonder if she might succumb to temptation. "Her mom is worried that Jamie's partying isn't good for her," says an insider, "or her child." |

Roughly eight months ago when Britney Spears was a tad bit unstable, the Spears sisters went out for dinner in Beverly Hills. In the process, paparazzi surrounded their car, catching Jamie Lynn laughing it up with her sister.

JAMIE'S WEDDING STALLED

National Ledger, although an unreliable source, has published another article today. According to their unidentified witness, Britney is impressed with her sister. She is "so proud of [her] sister" and believes Jamie Lynn "really have it all together" on becoming a successful mother. The same article claimed that Jamie does not "want to get married with a big bump under [her] dress" anytime soon. Additionally, there are speculations that her parents may not approve the marriage of Jamie Lynn and Casey. Therefore, a delayed wedding may certainly be an ideal possibility (at least until after the birth of baby girl, Emma Jean in June). |

According to reports from In Touch Weekly, soon-to-be-parents, Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge are very close to settling for "Emma Jean" as the name of "their baby girl, due this June". Although often unreliable, National Ledger reports that Jamie Lynn is currently working with a $10,000 per day allowance to improve her new $300,000 house in Liberty, Mississippi. |

OK! Magazine released the following article providing a sneak preview to their upcoming issue (on sale this Thursday). The article revolves around Brithumbey Spears?recent return to Louisiana in time for Jamie Lynn baby shower. It will include interviews and exclusive photos.
 With Brithumbey Spears embroiled in a seemingly neverending custody battle and 17-year-old sis Jamie Lynn Spears expecting her first child very soon, it's hard to imagine a family under more scrutiny these days than the Spears clan.
But in spite of all the outside pressure on them, it was nothing but good times for the Spears sisters when they reunited on May 2 for the Zoey 101 star's wedding shower.
"It was wonderful to be able to spend time with her and just be girls again," Jamie Lynn told OK! in an exclusive interview about seeing her sister for the first time in months. "We painted our nails and did stupid stuff."
Even better, explains Jamie Lynn, was that she was able to have some one-on-one time with Brit: "To be able to be in the privacy of our own home and just be sisters again was wonderful."
Mother-of-two Brithumbey even shared some words of wisdom with her pregnant sibling. "She told me, 'There are going to be some long nights, but it is completely worth it,'" Jamie Lynn recalls to OK!.
As for whether or not the pop superstar will make it back home to Louisiana when Jamie Lynn has the baby, the teen star tells OK!, "Nothing is set in stone, but that would be wonderful. I'd love to have her here for that, but you can't plan that far ahead."
Even if Brit isn't there in person for her younger sister, the two are in almost-constant contact, says Jamie Lynn. |
